How do I watch a session?

Make sure you’re logged in, go to the Agenda and click on the title of each session you are interested in viewing. You can then join or watch by clicking the green Click here to Join/View button.

Note that this conference doesn’t support Internet Explorer browser.

I am not seeing the green CLICK HERE TO JOIN/VIEW button.

If you are not seeing the green Click here to Join/View button, your browser might be cached on your device. You may need to clear your browser’s cache on the join page. To do so:

  • On Windows: ctrl + F5
  • On a Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
  • On Linux: F5

What time zone will the sessions be presented in?

All sessions will be presented in Eastern Time (ET).

There is a chat box for technical support available during the conference days at the bottom right corner of the website for those having trouble accessing the virtual sessions.

What browser should I use to watch the Virtual Conference?

Internet Explorer is not supported.  Get the latest Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, or Safari
If you can’t see the login fields (where you enter your email and access code) on the My Account page and you are using an older MAC, your Mac is probably running an old operating system (OS) such as macOS 10.11 or older. Please update you MAC to at least mac 10.12.1 or please try using Firefox which may display the login fields for you.

Will the sessions be available on-demand after?

Yes, the recordings from the sessions will be available as on-demand presentations in about a week after the conference, until May 16, 2023.

Are the Presentation Slides available to download?

If the speaker provided us with a copy of their slides or other materials to be posted, they will be available in the session description of that session to download.
