Our 2023 award winners were announced live during the Canadian Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo on February 16th, 2023!

Camping and RV Industry Person of the Year

This individual should stand out among their peers for exceptional dedication to the industry. 

Perhaps they spearheaded a project or program that went above and beyond, or that caused a positive impact on the industry as a whole, or on a large group of people. Maybe their long-term career achievements stand out as significant. 

Campground of the Year (Large and Small)

Awarded to one campground with 250+ camp sites, and one with under 250 camp sites, these parks should be an example of businesses that achieved something special in the last year or regularly go above and beyond for their guests.

It could be customer service-related, revenue-related, industry-related, there are no specific rules, just that it had to be something that makes them stand out.

Supplier of the Year

This business should be an example of a company that achieved something special in the last year, and is also a partner/member to the Provincial or National Campground Associations. 

Service and products delivered by these companies should provide support and benefit to campgrounds, campers, or the industry as a whole.

Rising Star Award

Given to an individual who has been in the industry less than five years and who, through new and innovative ideas, has pushed the boundaries of what we think is possible in such a short time period.
